I saw an ad recently, wish I'd bookmarked it, and the provider offered wine, cheese, crackers, and liquor and mixers. Doesn't that sound like a true courtesan treatment.
I think I read in some reviews of Teri that she did this sort of thing. I think that's what more providers should do! It's not going to cost much and it's one of the few niceties that one can find in this business.
