Spoiler free of the best Ryan Reynolds film since VAN WILDER:

I've seen DEADPOOL twice and will go back for thirds later this week. The quick witted one liners that spewed from almost everyone in this flick involved made it worthwhile and you will not catch them all on the first viewing. The CGI was dodgy at times, but that's proof of having your budget slashed last second. I can easily forgive rough CGI if the story and dialogue compensates like this film did.

Also, it was also largely filmed in ATL. - Root Root Root for the Home Team!

Best simile of this film is it's like the MXC hosts got to be a Wolverine/Punisher all-in-one for 2 hours.

High recommend, especially with a naughty date.

P.S. - MXC is (on HULU and) another high recommend for light hearted viewing.

Saw it this weekend as well and could not believe how much I enjoyed it.   I had not looked at reviews or trailers as it was a last minute idea so I had no idea what to expect.  I can see buying that at some point.

You stay to the very very end. Trust me, you'll thank me later

Also read the credits as there are a few funny ones such as

"...Special Thanks (with Tongue)
Rob Liefeld
Fabian Nicieza..."

aka the Artist and Writer creative team for the Deadpool character.

If those names look familiar, they are on the exit signs in the freeway fight scene (and in a couple of other areas).

I'll definitely be buying the BluRay when it comes out. The deleted scenes and blooper reel should be phenomenal.

I didn't see that Georgia logo at the end.. and I don't recall any filming notices.. Fox doesn't seem to come to Atlanta, but Marvel Studios sure loves Atlanta..

That was funny as hell. The dubbing was so bad I had to research it online. Then I realized that MXC was like a new level of Mystery Science Theater 3000. If you can't understand what's going on, just make up stuf yourself.
The editing, the one-liners, the way Vic is constantly hitting Kenny with a paper fan (it's a Jap thing I guess?).... it was all good.

I really like the games like Sinkers and Floaters, Big Brass Balls and Dash to Death.

Thanks Kosh.
