I think it is because up to that point in your life it was the ultimate with that girl.  Then you realize its all just a dream. lol

I think they mean 'One in a lifetime' if they never have any more pussy!!! Better still, would be 'best to date' !!!

And, therein lies the problem with giving  ANYONE  a '10' rating. If you later find someone better (MUCH better), you have no way of expressing it within the rating system. Thus you  NEED  to be more conservative in your ratings, always allowing room for someone (or some thing) better to come along.
