Several people have contacted me regarding the outline I posted with concerns that it might get stolen. I thank you for watching out for me.
Before I posted the message I had the idea, title and outline for the book registered for copyright. So I am protected. Don't steal the idea from me .. or if you try to, it will not be like my book anyway because I am writing it from my perspective, my experience.
Hello everyone...
I have decided to write a book. The title will be "the HOBBY".
I think it will be a fun and informative read, a kind of guide for men who want to know what to do when seeing a lady, (in or out of the biz, but especially in) an instruction manual for ladies in the biz, a compilation of common to little known facts,(good and bad) and a rare insight into the taboo world of the adult service provider. It will also be a how-to guide for sex, with tips for everybody from the virgin, novice, player, lover, swinger, to the casanova/sex diva. It will include a section for wives on how to be the ultimate fantasy girl so your husband will stay home, and how to role play like the best providers do.
The chapters are roughly outlined below. I would love to hear your thoughts on these ideas, and any stories/tips/facts/ideas or opinions are encouraged. Please respond!

You may need to be a little more in tune with what a hobbyist wants to be truely informative to a hobbyist. Good Luck!!
Good luck! Sounds like you are going to be really busy between starting a company to provide mental support to ladies and writing a book. How do you have so much time on your hands?

You cannot copyright a title so if you paid for such, you've been scammed.
No, what you can do is copyright the concept. I am a published author and I do understand the law. I don't want to draw all that out here, my purpose in posting this was to see if any providers might like to share their thoughts about the topics I outlined.
Thanks
You cannot copyright a concept. So if you paid for a concept you got ripped off as well.
From the US Copyright site at http://www.copyright.gov/circs/circ1.html
WHAT IS NOT PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT?
Several categories of material are generally not eligible for federal copyright protection. These include among others:
Ideas, procedures, methods, systems, processes, concepts, principles, discoveries, or devices, as distinguished from a description, explanation, or illustration
this is really silly to have to go over here.
I am a member of the writers guild. There is a method for registering with them a written "treatment" for a book, script or screenplay. This works very much the same as a copyright does, in the sense that it protects your idea from being stolen.
However, this idea is not new and I don't really care if someone else takes it and writes their own version of it. I am the only one who can write what I can write because I am the only one who has had my experiances.
thanks for being concerned. I really just wanted to hear from people what their thoughts were on the book and its categories, not whether or not the material could be protected.

from wgaeast site:
WGA, East accepts for registration manuscripts as well as material which is not in full script form, i.e. synopses, outlines, ideas, treatments, scenarios. A registration is valid for ten (10) years.
Registration does not confer any statutory protection. It merely provides evidence of the author's prior claim to authorship of the literary material involved and of the date of its completion. An author has certain rights under the law the moment his/her work is completed.
Satisfied?
Yeah. Like he said, you're not protected. Registration doesn't mean squat in the eyes of the law: "...does not confer any statutory protection..." Get it?
I have been working on mine for 4 years now . I have got so many notes.. lol.. good luck to you ..
