He clearly states he seen Promise in the review This the 2nd time this has happened
I did the 1st time it happened 2 months ago nothing was done and guys called wanting to book hershey and when I told them the review wasn't for Hershey the reviewer seen another girl would u like her every time they got responding and stopped responding. So im trying to get ahead of it before guys start contacting requesting the wrong girl especially this being Promise 1st review and its hard enough getting guys to write reviews on angency black girls .thanks for replying to give meva chance to respond thoroughly
I submit a lot of problem reports... Point out the TER ID in question and ask them to move the reviews to the correct TER ID. If the reviews already state "Promise" in them, this should be a relatively painless process.
I do not know how it is for agencies, but my understanding is that providers can link their TER handles to their reviews if they choose to do so. Maybe something similiar can be done for you...
Maybe reference the review date and number copy and paste from the text where he states he saw promise and if that doesn't work you may ask the reviewer to also contact admin
