so i am catching on with what a good client should do (i hope).  tipping after a good session, showing up on time, hygiene, respectful, etc etc (from my view anyways).  i even call a week ahead of my arrival to atl to give the provider a heads up.  

so far im not sure but the calling ahead of time had shot me in the foot.  like ive done it to a few providers and get the appointment scheduled... and the date comes around and i call the next day to confirm and they just never reply... and yes i do text them first although some dont text at all.

i like to be understanding that our providers are human first and foremost and have lives outside of said  hobby that they need to take care of.  BUT there gotta be a mutual line of courtesy i feel has to be met.  at least say hey i gotta cancel or blah blah blah.  dont just leave me hanging.  i dunno its usually the ones i call a week ahead of time.  that way if anything comes up the client / provider can adjust fire.  plus ive called plent of providers the day before hoping to schedule and alot are book the day i want them so thats why that habit has been established.

yea i got it...  some provider change their minds at the last minute, dont need to explain why they dont wanna see you etc etc,  yes i totally agree!  they DO have a right to whom they want to see!  just as we have the right to be selective of the providers we want to see.  cuz i know some of the responses are going to be "there are plenty of other providers out there!"  yea but ive actually done an extensive search and save for the providers i want to see.  i like a balance between amount of roses, looks, and performance.  

 just wanting an opinion on this one...  age.  some providers see ONLY a certain spectrum of males.  (refer the the previous paragraph of understanding the providers rights)  just curious did most have a bad experience with younger men or something that caused them to be picky?  or is it that older men have that pleasuring experience that the provider also wants?  /shrug

i guess the last thing i gotta ask is what i need to do to be an established client in the hobby (or how many more i gotta see / i guess the quality of the provider? = how many clients SHES seen)

In my opinion mutual respect is what is needed. I expect a client to inform me if he needs to cancel and out of respect I will also call/email a client if I must cancel for some reason. It should not be "their are plenty of providers out there" in response to your concern...their should be mutual respect...PERIOD! I'm sorry that you have not received that.

I prefer men over 30 because yes, I have had too many bad experiences with younger men. In my experience younger men are often foolish and disrespectful and immature. They often have unrealistic expectations and write insensitive reviews. That does not mean that ALL men under 30 are this way, just so happens that many of the ones I have seen in the past were like this. So PLEASE (everyone who reads this) don't start bashing me, I am just giving my own perspective.  

Kudos to you for being respectful, clean and timely with your providers, I hope the girls you choose to see will be just as kind to you

You are right – it has to do with respect, or lack thereof. Hopefully once you have a bit more experience you will be able to get a better feel for ferretting out some of the more flakey providers. I travel extensively and often pre-book well in advance and I constantly run into the same situation you describe. Unfortunately most boards do not have an option to report such behavior, you can only post a review if you actually meet, so this limits the ability of peers to forewarn each other.
I am very sensitive to how circumstances can change and I appreciate that many providers live somewhat precarious lifestyles; but common courtesy dictates that if you cannot fulfill a commitment you notify the other party. Atlanta is a great town with lots of great independent providers and some first class agencies, once you get a rep most will bend over backwards to accommodate.
When doing your due diligence try sending a PM to an established reviewer for advice, I do that occasionally when I go into a new or smaller market. I usually get very reliable intel.
In the end, always be respectful yourself, accept the realities of the business, and enjoy the opportunities you get

Great response by Jade but after hobbying for many, many years I believe she is the exception and not the norm. If you participate long enough, some lady out there is gonna cancel on you with no phone call, email, text or anything else and have no regard for your time and effort. It just happens and who knows exactly what the true reasons are. Contrary to what some girls say, there's ALWAYS a way to get in touch with a client if you have to cancel.

i feel that due to those younger than 30 yr olds have no manners and such you are punishing the lot of em.  your call to do so and i completely understand why.  BUT i will bring up a good point that you mentioned via not all below 30s are like that.  i mean as a provider ANYTIME a client crosses the line then you have the absolute right to deny services(collecting roses due to bad behavior is imo completely justified).

honestly i am picky with my providers ala their appearance.  and i HAVE seen providers that dont quite for lack of tactful term measure up to what i consider attractive.  but i still see them and i have yet to regret it.  mainly due to their performance!  and the ones that are attractive to me most of the time are lackluster in said performance.  so i try to be more forgiving and i am trying to expand my restrictions more.  

honestly i know i cant beg and plead for a provider to see me (some want me to have like 30 providers seen with those providers having over 3 pages of names worth of reviews, some want me to be over 30, etc etc.)  i cannot control those things.  well within the providers right of course!  but just give me a shot is all i ask.  and if the provider doesnt measure up i dont bash her.  i always consider that her style just isnt working for me and i typically recommend her for others (assuming she wasnt one of those rushing types that just want the roses and out of there)  just give me a decent effort and ill give a fair review.  BUT i can ask for somethings that are within the providers realm of control (IE hygenie and physique ala gym).  im not a fitness model by far but i quite aware of the fact (forgive me for being arrogant / prideful) that i am in better shape than most clients providers see (providers tell me so or are just buttering me up).  so thats another place where my pickyness comes from.  i wont ask for what i cannot give.  meh...

i trip a bit on the flaking due i have to drive 2 hours from augusta to atl to see any worthwhile providers.  so i like to make the trip worth it.  even though i dont make a trip if i dont have anyone to see...  so that argument is solved right there.
