Nothing like having something set for 7 on a Saturday night texting with the person an hour before, and then not hearing anything from them. No time to seek anyone else out at that. If you simply choose to see someone else hey cool just inform the client something came up I mean there really isn’t even a need to go into details but at least respond to the person.

After a reasonable time to let the provider inform whether something legit happened, like some kind of medical emergency, you should name the provider.  Otherwise you'll just be whining like a little boy.

If she is not responding, do you know she is ok. I mean not incarcerated, very sick, in the hospital or even worse, dead? If you know she is fine then you have two options. Quit complaining and move on or post her name. The balls in your court.
