For me, it is nice because I like to plan in advance.  For many providers, I think they are glad to be relieved of the need to attend to a ringing phone.  Some women prefer a phone call before meeting a client for the first time, but often that comes in making the final connection (confirming the hotel room, or the like).

Text once we have met. It is simple and usually quicker.

but I understand if the lady wants an actual phone conversation before an initial meet. With the exception of an attempt at a LMA (in which I use text or the phone) I always make initial contact with email. That way it gives the lady a chance to respond and hopefully put a little of herself into the response. No rush for her in that she can get to it when she can. Once known to a lady it's usually just email or text.

I just tried to contact a provider with a unique spelling and oops...got it wrong.  I sent some "information" that wasn't good to share.

A few hours later I got a response from a woman who was MORTIFIED by my email...and chastised me for sending such.  Then she told me she wasn't in the business.

My only question back to her (I didn't really ask) was why she has such a flirtation email address...she must get a lot of emails regarding the business.
