"Intelligence.....is the faculty of making artificial objects, especially tools to make tools".

I believe that SEX is the 'elan vitale' of all men..... that is, all men who are attracted to woman.

Is this all that I have to do on a Saturday night in late October?

Good to reminisce Danny!!

....there is a sting at the Residence Inn going on now. (Friday Oct 29th)
STAY AWAY from there.

This is the one on W Peachtree between 11th and 10th..

The trap was a female calling for herself and her boyfriend but this may change.

Just trying to help.

The cops have been hot and heavy this week, seems they like to use the me and my wife or me and my girlfriend scenerio alot...

I don't understand why the cops would try to get a provider to come on over by telling her that they are requesting a FMF (wife or GF) experience.  To lure them by the money spent on a FMF experience?  To make the provider feel more at ease knowing that another female (wife or gf) swings with her man?

The presentation of a female when a provider is busted helps to eliminate the make officer's likelyhood of having performed a sexual act for his own satifaction then busting the female. Guess with all of the rumors and law suits filed, some of the Atlanta City officials got tired of being in court for the officers that just wanted to dip their stick for a minute or two while "Doing Their Job"

Then why not have a female officer present before, during, and after the bust?

Danny, there you go thinking!!!

"I think, therefore I am."
Does that mean I am rational person, have free will, or have a meaningful existence?  Not necessarily so.  I am human, therefore I am an irrational being trying to rationalize the irrationality of my personal weaknesses.  I can make my mind on most things but does that mean I will always take action?  I feel my own pulse and my own breath as I breathe in and out the cold air but does that mean that I am truly living in the real world?  Or am I lost in some kind of fantastic maze of the senses of someone else who is rendered with more meaning by being the master of this puppetry that we call existence?

I always liked "One cannot conceive anything so strange and so implausible that it has not already been said by one philosopher or another".
What manner of men are these who walk with their balls in parentheses?

I fear it is still the Circe of philosophers, morality, that has here bewitched them into having to be slanderers forever— They believed in moral "truths," they found there the supreme values— what else could they do but deny existence more firmly the more they got to know it?— For this existence is immoral— And this life depends upon immoral preconditions:  and all morality denies life—.

What is morality, really?— The instinct of decadence; it is the exhausted and disinherited who take revenge in this fashion.  Historical proof:  philosophers are always decadents— in the service of the nihilistic religions.

It is a miserable story:  man seeks a principle through which he can despise men— he invents a world so as to be able to slander and bespatter this world:  in reality, he reaches every time for nothingness and construes nothingness as "God," as "truth," and in any case as judge and condemner of this state of being—

My precursors:  Schopenhauer: to what extent I deepened pessimism and by devising its extremist antithesis [The Will to Power] first really experienced it.
Then:  the ideal artists, that after-product of the Napoleonic movement.
Then:  the higher Europeans, predecessors fo great politics.
Then:  The Greeks and their origins.

..that all driving force is will to power, that there is no other physical, dynamic or psychic force except this...not merely conservation of energy, but maximal economy in use, so the only reality is the will to grow stronger of every center of force— not self-preservation, but the will to appropriate, dominate, increase, grow stronger.

I love the forest. It is bad to live in cities: there, there are too many of the lustful.

Is it not better to fall into the hands of a murderer, than into the dreams of a lustful woman?

And just look at these men: their eye saith it--they know nothing better on earth than to lie with a woman.

Filth is at the bottom of their souls; and alas! if their filth hath still spirit in it!

Would that ye were perfect--at least as animals! But to animals belongeth innocence.

Do I counsel you to slay your instincts? I counsel you to innocence in your instincts.

Do I counsel you to chastity? Chastity is a virtue with some, but with many almost a vice.

These are continent, to be sure: but doggish lust looketh enviously out of all that they do.

Even into the heights of their virtue and into their cold spirit doth this creature follow them, with its discord.

And how nicely can doggish lust beg for a piece of spirit, when a piece of flesh is denied it!

Ye love tragedies and all that breaketh the heart? But I am distrustful of your doggish lust.

Ye have too cruel eyes, and ye look wantonly towards the sufferers. Hath not your lust just disguised itself and taken the name of fellow-suffering?

And also this parable give I unto you: Not a few who meant to cast out their devil, went thereby into the swine themselves.

To whom chastity is difficult, it is to be dissuaded: lest it become the road to hell--to filth and lust of soul.

Do I speak of filthy things? That is not the worst thing for me to do.

Not when the truth is filthy, but when it is shallow, doth the discerning one go unwillingly into its waters.

Verily, there are chaste ones from their very nature; they are gentler of heart, and laugh better and oftener than you.

They laugh also at chastity, and ask: "What is chastity?

Is chastity not folly? But the folly came unto us, and not we unto it.

We offered that guest harbour and heart: now it dwelleth with us--let it stay as long as it will!"--

Thus spake Zarathustra.

nothing real can be threatened. nothing unreal exists.

Nice to see there are others who enjoy. I assume that you've read Danny's posts. For me, it was a trip back to the 40s. I had some pleasant memories. The fourth dimension can be scary at times. Makes one realize how insignificant we are. However it's nice to know that we can enjoy this infinitesimal period of time!!!

I had sex  one time under the stars across from a statue of Plato does that count as an act of serious thinking? I also did a charity bit for a mensa group, that got pretty "deep" too. Maybe those 2 are all I need to stay in the right thinking for a while!

ATLhottie, let's see .... a statue of Plato, hmmmm, were you doing Greek, or just thinking about it. Obviously, since you were looking at the stars, you were on your back, ipso facto, you couldn't have been Greek. Didn't the ancient Greeks have a word for it... B-- F-----g. Sorry, that's two words, but then the Greeks were necer succinct. The Turks had a name for it also...Greek! LOL
BTW, is one "L" dictating to another "L" ?
