The scientific community has always said that there was a possibility of transmission of HIV by oral contact.  However, for many years research studies only provided a handful of cases where transmission by oral contact was *possibly* the cause, and those few cases could not be verified to any degree of certainty.

That is starting to change now, but in a very specific demographic sector.  Many gay men have begun to practice oral sex in the belief that it is a lower risk behavior.  However, they often engage in very aggressive activity.  The result has been a dramatic increase in the cases of oral HIV transmission mainly in the gay community, and it is widely believed that this is primarily the result of aggressive deep throating that results in injury to the mucous membranes in the back of the throat.

Your average provider is probably not likely to let you try to tear her tonsils out.   And while there is always at least some possibility of transmission any time fluids are exchanged, *in the absence of behaviors that result in trauma to local membranes* there just is not much compelling evidence to indicate that oral transmission is very common.

BBFS on the other hand is so well documented as a route of HIV transmission, they even know to a pretty fair degree of certainity that women who are exposed to an HIV+ man are at least 8 times more likely to become HIV+ than a man who is exposed to an HIV+ woman.

Sometimes guys think with their dick too much. Sex is at least 90% in your big head, and actually condoms can be kinda fun in many ways.

I know, I know, long subject line.  Anyway, having read PartTimers post below concerning unsafe FS acts, in addition to other recent posts, I have a question for the board.

Where do our (as hobbyists) obligations lay (no pun intended :)) ?

For example, suppose, for whatever reason, all of her reviews state that she is CBJ only.  But during your time together, it's BBBJ.  Is that something you report?  Suppose all reviews say No Greek, but during your time together you are granted access to that ever-elusive port ... do you include it in your report?  Suppose you've seen this lady 10 times, and the first 7 times she was CBJ only (as the reviews has speculated).  But, during your last 3 visits, it was BBBJ (because you're a regular and she "knows" you) ... do you report this?

I probably didn't have to give examples to explain my question, but I'm curious what other people think in reference to this question.  Is our "obligation" to the ladies or to the fellow hobbyists?  Or does it depend on the situation?  Is it one thing if a lady asks "please don't review me?" versus "it's OK to review me but don't mention yada-yada-yada."  What if she doesn't mention it, but you know it's something that has never been posted before?  I know, I know ... questions questions questions :)

Curious to see what other people are thinking.

As always, be safe and have fun.

I believe most of us as hobbiest realize that we have the better end of the deal. I realize many of the ladies do enjoy the profession, but it is still a hard and risky profession. Most of us who are hobbiest (I'm painting with a broad brush now) are probably middle to upper income individuals who have good, steady employment (whereas the ladies do not know what they will make one week to the next).

The one thing I would say is NEVER post a misleading review. If a lady asks you not to mention one thing or another, just don't post.

If a fellow goes to see a provider and she offers some type of BB activity, this is his choice.  If he doesn't want to, he can always walk out...

I'm still pondering the question I posed earlier though, why is BBFS consider so dangerous and taboo but DATY and BBBJ are widely accepted practices?

I would say "stick to the facts".  If the service expanded with time, it expanded with time.  If you get a sense that the provider only did this for you, then simply state that you got a sense that she typically did not provide .....

If you told a provider that you would not tell others, then do not share it.

The idea is for all of us to share info so we can help narrow down our search for providers who best fit our particular desires.  Just stick to the facts and all will be well.

Some times, the info is other way around. BBBJ ends up being CBJ.

It may be a case of  chemistry, comfort, mood and timing, blah...... So reviews have certain chance element to it. One good thing is, you won't get ripped off by seeing provider with good reviews and that is the good thing.

I see your dilemma, and have been there. The first time it was just from a surprising BB oral addition I received from a well-known massage-only provider, or from the swallowing from another well-known lady that I had read that was a no-chance. Do I tell everyone what great "extras" I got?

Sorry, but, as pointed out above, my allegiance is to the lady that saw fit to give me a little something extra. I may include the added phrase YMMV as a hint that something wasn't exactly as I expected, but that's about it. (If there are already oodles of great reviews, I usually just refer to them.)

I really think that some extra attention paid to cleanliness, and with myself, just being someone with a tender touch and willing to spend some time giving pleasure, makes me more apt to get something extra from the ladies. (It sure isn't my great looks, or my size!!)

Anyway, that's my take on the matter.
