It is a secret! And if we told all newbies and ones with no reviews then they would not be UTR and sex buddies, they would then be here and not UTR!  Understand?  That is no secret, just fact.

Good luck and it will come natural when the time is right.

Get some reviews, then get invited and attend community functions, develop relationships w/in the community that get to know you and can trust you w/information.

and sometimes, a little luck.

Not sure if this helps, but it may.  Here are three potentials.

1)  I have had the fortune of being introduced before.  My best introductions have come from a couple ladies whom I was introduced to from a lady I know in the porn business (a very well know, recognizable lady).  She introduced me to a couple of UTR ladies who were interested in supplementing their income.  These two had both done a good bit of modeling and were both very nice ladies.  Eventually they settled down and left the biz.  They knew others coming into the biz and made a few more introductions.  

2)  There are also a group of hobbiests who are aware of a few ladies who do their best to not be known publically and do limited networking.  Know who knows and go from there.

3)  The last and hardest way is to simply run into a dancer or lady who is dabbling in the idea.  There used to be a well known guy who had a method named after him.  He simply knew a couple of well known adult actresses and had a picture of him without a shirt and them on his lap on his phone.  They were not completely naked but it was obvious they were friendly.  He would show the pic to a lady, ask them if they knew her (lady on his lap).  Many would recognize the actress and then know that perhaps he was "not your average joe".

1. visit local strip club, befriend stripper, ask her if she will consider P4P, if she answers yes, you have your UTR.  Often times, when a gent gets tired of seeing this UTR, he will introduce her to the review websites and come out the hero.

2. get invited to local M&G, you will find some UTRs there, you will then need to work your magic and see if she will take you on as a new client.

3.  visit local swingers club.  Many existing providers today were once players in the swingers world and someone charming like you can pursuade them "why give it up for free?"  again, you can introduce them to the review sites and become their hero/pimp/grandfathered discount...whatever you wish to call it.

I guess there are other places to find UTRs too such as: local sex addicts, PTA, country club and finally 7-11.  ok, last resort, craigslist?

OK, I guess these tactics can be employed by the savvy agency owner as well.
