This is question based type of advice for the clits here.

What would one think if after a provider gives you a reference check for a hobbyist, if the potential friend always cancels at the last minute (when you go through the same provider)? If you happen to get the same provider as a reference from say three or so guys. Over a few months and every single one of them cancel at the last minute on you. What would you think? I have my ideas, but I wonder just how in the world does someone get all of them cancel at the last minute. Why, I wonder? I know I stop using that person as a reference and never mention any names or reasons why if anyone ask. Just say that person was too busy for me to contact and ask for another reference from the hobbyist. Keep things positive you know. My personal experience has been well over three guys and I did not keep count (that is negative). Just focus on the positive and move forward learning from the past.

I had a few problems with the same issue from time to time. I will backchannel you with the details if you like or I can call you when I get home in a few days.  

I will say this much. I took the attitude that if they truly wanted to share time with me, they would... Regardless of the million "last minute cancellations". It is really easy to dwell on the negative of someone trying to hurt you or your business. (whether it be a nasty provider or an inconsiderate gentleman)

Just know that they did you a favor and didn't waste your time. If they didn't know the value of what you have to offer then it is thier loss, regardless of the reasons for cancellations.

I guess the one positive aspect of this is that a cancellation is better than a "no-show"! LOL  I would suggest a backchannel discussion with the provider giving the references.

Move on Jolie... don't get any ulcers because of things like this. When you are in business, you are going to encounter all kind of scum, you just have to know how to filter these things. Don't let it affect the way you operate.

Firstly, I have had this happen also from time to time in the past...

So what??  It happens...The way I see it, if that provider referred me, that was nice enough of her...If the gent really wanted to see me, he would have contacted me first, not on a referral.

Business is business.  I've had it happen to me from the same provider who referred me to my exclusive gent I've been seeing since August...am I bitter???

Heck No!  I appreciate she did it in the first place...I always tell my referrals that if they would like to see me, fine; but if said provider opens up, re-arranges her schedule, definitely go see her...(It's who they wanted to see in the first place...)

Leave it as business, and that is that.  You shouldn't be too upset about it...

Now when a provider stops giving references because she is bitter about some bitter biz squabble, that is petty, and not classy...

No matter how much you may have differences with someone, whether they want to hurt you, or they have a different business perspective, if you remember we are providers, and they are hobbyists, fun or not; we are all on the same playing field...and we should always protect each other...even if we end up not getting along...

But that is just my .02

Business is business and however a provider chooses to communicate with a guy who asked for a reference is her choice.  It is his choice in the end who he sees.  If he chooses to see the bitter provider because of a discounted rate she offered when she found out he was going to see you or because he was intimadated her (then he should have stayed home if he wanted that) then that is on him.  However, I would hope that he would not feel intimadated and let people know who's doing this.  If he is out for only a discount then power to him.  If he really wants to see you then he will.  It is all about choices...some men want variety so they see different providers....If they wanted the same then they would stay at home.  Stay positive...the ones that really want to see you will and the ones who are only looking for a quick bj or whatever and don't care where they stick it will go for the discount (and you wouldn't want to see them anyway).  I would rather see the gent who is looking for a quality session and who really wants to be with me no matter what.  If there is a provider out there that is doing this and you know it for a fact then I think you should let others know about it....knoweledge and safety is in knowing and for better business and safety   Jolie you have great reviews and the guys who really want to see you will....If they choose to cancel because of some other lady it is their loss.  Don't sweat it like Sofia says....Raven xo

If a lady I gave as a reference came back with a counter offer to me to see her instead of my intended, I would never see her again. All this screening information being shared amongst providers is scary enough. When we find out it is being handled by a provider with little or no ethics, it can be very worrisome as to what other lengths they might go to. Screw a provider, why not screw over a client?

And ladies, if you missed or had an appointment cancelled because a client was looking for the $50 discount or whatever. You didn't miss on meeting much of a decent client anyway. You're better off with the cancellation.

I like your oberservation and I agree with it. I am very lucky, I have one provider I see most of the time but she has always provided a reference to other ladies I wanted to see.

Oxygen, you know nothing can bring me down. Not for more than a few minutes anyway and that is usually a slow driver in the fast lane on the interstate.

To the gentleman that I did not look at his name, the one about the worrisome thought of providers and information being exchanged, I agree with you. When I give out information, it is not personal or specific information. It is information such as what I recall discussing with the guy that a girl asks me about. One guy spoke me a bit on Ice T. I tell the provider asking me about him to ask him info we discussed. Something LE most likely would not get out of a guy they could possibly be using to set a girl up. Another example is a reference that a guy drives a black box car. He would know what she is talking about when she asked. But, with different things going on with tactics being used by LE, feel that my intuition is the way for me to go personally with references from time to time perhaps. I will still give out references they way I always have. The information such as I write above that is not personal (in my opinion).
