Ever run into someone in public and want to say, but then realize you can't expalin how you know them.  I was at work at a hotel and had to go deal with a complaint from other guest about activity in another room (photo shoot).  When the person opens the door, I recognize her as a provider I have been wanting to see.  Can't tell her though because, well I am trying to keep the activity down in the hotel.  
 Any one else had something like this.

They mustve been making alot of noise or sum

O lol flashing lights are nothing to complain about sum people just complain about anything. What do  people think u do in hotels lol

Suppose, providers are ordinary people who go to grocery stores, malls, restaurants, movies, shows, concerts, fairs and other public gatherings. So, if you do these things, chances are you will run into them now and again.

Rule: You should respond based on they do. For example, if they don’t want to make eye contact you do the same. If they say hello, you say hello.  

Rule is you don’t make the first move then you don’t have to explain how you know them. There are million + 1 reason to know somebody.
