providers ask for and recieve references all the time... at least i Always ask for references when a new client contacts me.  some ladies use/give a code word to clients to use that eliminates the need for phone calls or emails, its just trying to keep track/remember the codes and whose is whose and what they mean sometimes gets a bit mind boggling.

as for giving reviews, this is a gentlemans forum where they can feel safe that the opinions expressed in reviews are true, or at least from a Mans pov. the thought is if we started writing reviews for eachother, it would just end up being advertising bs, that on top of airbrushed pix and our self promoting hype is what they are trying to see behind by coming here in the first place...

I just thought of this....Why can't a provider give a review or reference for another provider? For example, many providers have come to my defense and had good things to say. Why isn't that taken into concideration when one well known and trusted provider gives another the green light?

Nothing against you, but a lot of Providers shy away from promoting other Providers.  It's not so much a competition thing as it is a reputation thing.  As I stated in an earlier post, the well-respected Providers here worked hard to get where they are and if she promotes another Provider, her reputation is at stake.  Coming to someone's defense is one thing, but promoting is quite another.
