with 250,000 flyer miles yearly and 166 hotel nights last year--I'm already there!

Thank Gawd for TER helping me locate some new "friends" in my regular travel cities.....

Took the afternoon off and just veggy-ed in a hotel room.  Turned on the TV and HBO2.  Watched,

feeling down or lonely?

if you're feeling down, then your better off getting out of the hotel and seeing some other humans.  it may cheer you up.

lonely?  i'm SURE that one (or more) of TER's most "lovely and talented" would be happy to spend some quality time with you.

Saw the movie.... Be there done that. I was caught in life that way one time and... I can say I changed what I didn't like and kept what I did. On positive you got lots of friends here to lean on. Get the hell out of that room and find a party... Always works for me.

It's still playing in theatres and it's a beautiful movie, a moving story about survival and endurance, very uplifting... Plus you get to see that main redhead actress in her naughties shaking her ----- and then a hot girl fight ;)

C'mon man.
When you get back, join me on a strip club run, or I'll go to OXXXX with you (I know a few of the ladies there, but would be scared to introduce you to my favorite, as you would take her away- so we have to go when she is not working).

Suggestion- I watched that darn Forgetting Sarah Marshall, and I ALWAYS have a smile on my face (as opposed to Saving Private Ryan, where i always tear up at the ending..that , Field of Dreams and Old Yeller do it to me every time- so avoid those).

also- get out of that hotel, or invite someone over!

Iggy

now I am depressed too!  Had a very, very nice day and now all I have to think about is how much my friggin bar bill is gonna be tomorrow.  Buck up Qtip, the weekend is almost here and what could be better than hanging with me at ye old watering hole?  Uh, probably best you don't answer that.  In fact, just thinking about it is pretty unsettling  :)

Cheer up!  We gotta be able to find some mischief to get into...any ladies care to volunteer to help out?

Tonight's episode, "A Jock Strap in Hell." Charlie meets Jakes's old teacher, Miss Pasternak, whom he had a fling with and caused her to lose her job and be banned from teaching. Now she's a dancer in a bikini club and gives Alan a lap dance. Funny stuff!

I know you don't know me but I'm here if you need talk. Please call....

I saw that movie in a hotel as well.  Part of the chain in which I'm their highest ranking in frequent traveler land.  I watched it while reading TER too.  I loved the movie.  Therefore, I'm more fucked up than you so you should feel better.  Glad to help.  ;)

BTW, when I checked in a couple nights ago, I asked the desk clerk to relay a message to the breakfast lady to make stronger coffee.  It's pretty bad when you travel enough to know what hotels make crappy coffee.  It was better, but still weak.  sigh.

I didn't see any movies, but would have been bored out of my skull except for the three different ladies I saw over about a 24 hr period. One Thai, one Korean, and one white. all highly reviewed on TER, all great DFKers, and all gave great BBBJ's, one a CIM mouth. I also got to spend two afternoons at "Nates", stuffing my face with crawfish. lol

I don't know if this makes you feel any better, but I feel great. lol oh I forgot the coffee at the Crown Plaza was only so-so, does that make us evfen? rofl

You just threw the party of the year so far and you have been praised up and down by the folks on this board. Get up off your ass, get out of the hotel and make some noise. Damn , old man you have been doing this thing of ours as long as I have if not longer, you know how to have fun so go do it.

Oh and When is the next Meet and Greet? ;-P

Feel better buddy!

Hey JimmyPW, hang in there.  We all feel that way from time to time and I do quite often.  Naw, you're not heading there!  Things will get better and try to have some fun with a beautiful woman and forgete your depression!
