Alone through the Holidays

Hi Jimmy,
You don't know me but I do know how you feel. No need to be an orphan when you can go to one of the many shelters and share your gifts of time, talent, and treasure with the many truly desperate people that endure ever day as well as every Holiday without what so many of us take for granted, folks who are truly alone and all but abandoned in a world that scarecely even sees them. Take heart and give good cheer for don't we all have much to be thankful for. Multiply your gifts and receive joy and comfort in turn.

I work a side job where I've got to work Black Friday and family is a day's drive away.  So, it's something I've gotten used to for 9 years now.  I just treat it like a day off and relax, get my energy back for Black Friday.
