I've said it before and I'll say it again.  TER is an online community and people make it what it is.  I just received some really heartbreaking news and take comfort that the folks here will step up in the way they always do.

Some days, this place sucks.  People who want it to be better have the power to make it so.  Thank you for doing your part.
