If you pm a provider who has their reviews connected, you can pm them and they can read it.
I go with the VIP because it is easier for searching and screening.

If you look to the right on the My TER page (My TER tab at top of page) where it says Welcome APRIDE and says Basic Member you'll see it flashing you have a message. If you are sending a PM to a poster using an alias they will be able to read the message because only VIP members can post with an alias.
