Visually, there is nothing more sexy than thigh highs with or without garters. However, you knew there would need to be a "however" in this post didn't ya, bare legs win me over when sitting next to a lady and my hand(s) start roaming on the legs.
So it is a toss up!!!! One thing that is a constant though - - Sexy high heels are essential!!!!!!!!!! Nothing sexier than a woman in a skirt or dress with heels.
In my younger days (I'm now in my 40s), I loved a woman in stockings.
Now, the older I get, the more I've swung the other way. There's nothing better than a woman showing off her bare legs in a nice pair of heels. I've always been a leg man so maybe that has something to do with it. (As far as women and chicken go, I'm all about legs and breasts.) Sometimes I even ask for the shoes to stay on.

I love to talk and get to know the provider and get all worked up over what I can and can't see. there's nothing better than a sexy pair of legs in heels.......but I've had women in stocking that blew my mind. it's all in how she carries herself and puts it all together!!!
Yeah, I'm a big fan of the preamble. The visual teasing. The flirty conversation. The sexy garments. And the high heels that are a must. It all makes whatever happens after that much better...
