Recently had some epic greek with an awesome ATL provider, and went through many doggie positions.  Next day knee was swollen up like a ballon.  It's a bit fucked up, now i'm wearing a brace and taking antiinflamatories for the next month.  But, it was totally worth it!  I'd do it again without hesitation.
