Honestly I'm kind of torn between B and C.  But if I guess I had to choose one it would be C - 1 hour a week.  

As much as it would be nice to achieve satisfaction several times a week, I can't even get my pants off in 30 minutes so D and E are right out.  Lol.  Sometimes I like role play and a 2 hour session works well for those.  Four hours would be wonderful, but at the expense of only one a month - no.  Not worth it.

So if I had to choose only one it would be C for me.

2 hours no doubt, much more into the enjoyment, teasing n pleasing than just getting off.  

You can always choose to see the same lady, and that way there's the ability to see her multiple times quickly. I find that this builds up a rapport for those seeking a true connection. Things happen in our lives every week, and this way you can discuss more, as opposed to longer sessions less frequently and I think better get to know someone.

 I have always preferred to have a small circle of providers I see regularly, and this makes it more possible. And besides, for most of us, an hour is more than enough time to get some nice dialogue going, and still have plenty of time for more fun activities. After all, while the marathon sex session might seem fun in theory, it has little place in practice. I'd rather play more over all i the month.
