Hello Atlanta ;)

I have some business to attend to in Atlanta next week, and would like to make a trip of it! I have only had the chance to visit Atlanta once and I loved it! I am excited to return, but am at an EXTREME stalemate when it comes to mapping out your city & surrounding areas. Hopefully a few of you are able to help!

Are there certain areas I should stay away from? Gents, which areas are you more prone to visiting? More accessible to you? Especially during the work week! Also, being a "tourist" of sorts, are there any must see attractions while in town?! I like being outdoors, but definitely will never forget how HOT it was during my last visit so maybe indoor activities would be best lol.

I will be driving while in town, so I am not limited to one general area. Any information you are interested in sharing here is great, but I'd prefer specific information (ie hotel names, specific locations) to be shared through pm.

Thank you all in advance!

here's always something going on in Piedmont Park. From sports and fitness to an aquatics center and food carts, there's always plenty to do and see there. The Atlanta Botanical Garden is part of the park as well. Not sure if you'll be in town but next weekend is the annual music festival Music Midtown which is always held in Piedmont Park. Parking space in the park is limited, so you may want to take Marta. It's September, so the weather should be mild :-)

Thanks a bunch! I will be arriving on the 13th, but I love music festivals! I will have to check out your link and see what that's all about. Who knows, I might just end up jammin in Piedmont park next weekend! Lol

Thank you for this information. This sounds like an area I will enjoy while in town, so much appreciated! ;)

My private incall is located in Buckhead, and I've never had a problem with anyone complaining about location.  Try to make yourself somewhat central to a major highway, 85, 400.  My location has been great for me.  I'd avoid Perimeter, especially in hotels - seem to have been some issues in that area as of late.
