I think a contortionist (as seen in shows) would be fun to see on a date. I would pass on a little person.

Saw an Asian lady thru an agency a few years back in the OC. She was 4'9" which qualifies as 'little people' but was of normal proportions - just a very small lady. She was delightful and we had such a good time that I booked her the next night for a dinner only date and we had a fantastic time. She retired shortly (no pun) after, got married and we still check-in with each other occasionally.  
Now for the most unusual ... for my 50th. birthday (way too long ago now) I had a friend that back in those days we called a madam - she ran a very classy operation in Northern Jersey. For my birthday she suggested her 'UN Package'. 4 ladies; 1 Caucasian (Russian - so pretty close to the Caucasus) 1 Black (Jersey City), 1 Asian (Korean) and 1 Middle Eastern (Lebanese). 4 hour session and truly a night to remember. Pretty overwhelming and sensory overloading. Ended up all relaxing in the hot tub relaxing which was pretty nice.
