In fact, the average height of any woman in America is about 5'4" and less than 1% is over 5'10".  Maybe your looking for someone in 8 inch heels?

Even if she's 6 foot flat footed... add in your other categories. She'll be a "one in a million" and definitely "once in a lifetime", so you'd have to rate her a 10/10 regardless of anything else.
