Over the course of the last 3 weeks I have contacted 3 fairly high profile, TER active indies for a date. One was emailed 2 verifiable Atlanta based references + my office#; a second lady I called instructed me to text her my references-I did. Neither of these 2 ladies bothered to check refences or call me back to say "not interested" or what ever. A third lady I scheduled w/ an agency that she was utr for and she did a no call no show.
Now, I work out of town all week so my window of opportunity is very narrow and volatile. So when this happens, theres really no time for a back up plan for me.

I've used couple of the agencys (GC, JLT, Secret Agents, etc) for years. Beautiful ladies,
fast appointments, no hastles usually. A girl I wanted no shows? No problem, how 'bout so and so?

So my point is, what is advantage of an Indy over an agency? Indys are usually more expensive, most all the ladies are gorgeous-indy and agency, Indys and agencys both work out of high traffic facilities since most Indies share appartment w/ each other.

This Indy chase has been a wast of my time, so I'm thinking I'm stickin with the agency.

I have used both. Never once has either not gotten back with me quickly. I have had great experiences with both. Maybe I've just been lucky. I did , however, have one indy get back with me and say that she couldn't see me then or in the future with no explanation. Maybe it was because I only had a couple references at the time. Don't know. The point is, I moved on and haven't had it happen with either since. Good luck!

Other than playing the game you end up playing. Waste of time for people with limited time traveling schedule.
On the other hand, if you were the no show, you would heard about it.

I am not saying all indies are bad or are flakes, but when you catch them, they seem to come in bunches. The out of town crap does.t cut mustard because you can put an auto reply in your email.

There is something to be said for having a young lady accountable to something (or someone) other then the hobbyist.  The managers of the local agencies do a great job of screening, hiring and providing ladies that are worthy of their agency name.  I find that each agency offers a "product line" that is consistent through out all their ladies and each agency is a little different.  Variety is the spice of life and ATL has a lot of spice!

I don't always find myself agreeing with JayDay01 (in fact, I rarely do), but in this case I have to concur.  Although his choice of phraseology is somewhat indelicate, I agree that guys often do seem to put way too much thought and angst into this activity, and often create drama where none is necessary.  One note:  the girls who are successful and highly rated are generally those who conduct their "business" in a professional manner.  However, not all of these women act professionally and businesslike.  That is not a slam on these girls.  I am in a professional line of work, and I will say that not all of my colleagues act in what I would deem to be a professional manner either.  There will always be good and bad;  to fret over the bad will get you nowhere and achieve nothing.  Live and learn.

Perhaps the Top Indy's he spoke of are quite rightly exercising there right to "wait & see" or they felt his references lacked validity, who knows
But what I do know is, they are the cream of the crop ...not only for there beauty ..not only for there abilities ..not only for there consistency ...but also because they have the ability to choose those guys that "they" fit well with!
Now sir I don"t know you ... but if your looking for sympathy or to trash Ladies on this board, I suggest you bring A WHOLE LOT MORE credentials than a name.Cause at this point your viewed a half step above an alias IMHO.
Furthermore ,I can find not 1 post in the last year on the general nor on ANY regional BOARDS!And you come on this board to do what? Trash Atlanta's fine Indy's?

I used to take a moral stand earlier that there was a chance that agencies exploited the girls (heard stories about human trafficking etc.) , and therefore I always preferred indies.
Hell, I used to argue on this very board with people who supported agencies over Indies.
However, a lot of times there were just too many ego hassles and confusions, and sometimes I felt hassled instead of having a good time.

Therefore in a way, I was forced to try agencies. Glad that I did.

After a number of experiences with both indies and agency I can say with authority that agencies are a much safer bet for my precious little time. (have used only Gold Club: impeccable service, other agencies may be good as well, haven't tried them yet. So, Exotic, PT please don't cross me out yet for praising GC )
However, not all indies were bad. Just that the probability of something going wrong is more with indies than with agency, IMHO.

bad apples spoil the whole bunch baby. A LOT of great indies around that WILL respond to you and would probably LOVE to see you.  Are the refs youre giving giving you a bad reference maybe?

The situation you describe is becoming rampant in Atlanta.  And what really sucks is that in a lot of cases, the ones who do it the most, are the same darn ones who seem to have their shills blasting how wonderful they are.  Until and unless folks start outing this kind of behavior, the problem is only going to continue to get worse.  How many times have you read a review that starts with the comments... "she ncns the last two times I called", but I was persistent and it paid off....

the hobby is an personal experience.  It takes a little time to
get it figured out for what works best for each of us.  I see a handful of indys but
will see an agency girl if my interest is piqued.  But you have found the agency experience
to be best.  Thats great.

Some people want to incorporate a little socializing via meets and greets, lunches, gang bangs, bukkakees(sp) etc

Shillers just try to shout you down but eventually they tuck their tails and go away. Happened to me twice but, I don’t care because I just move on. Atl has many wonderful providers so, why wast time on the unpredictable one’s?

May all get you the boot.  Agencies take anyone.....  Your review habits (If you review? will also show a little about your style.  Some Indy's are just more selective.  I will turn down money but I won't turn down Chemistry, Money and a Good Reputable Client.   What is your age, race, and what kind of women do you see???

That he has enough intelligence to use a computer?He's posted not 1 time in the last year & out of no where he post complaining about supposed  difficulties with Atlanta Indy's!As your so happy to say ;It's a fuck board..He makes claims of all these ladies he's seen in Atlanta too .I think I have EVERY right to call him on it!

You mentioned that your window of opportunity is very narrow, enough so that there is "no time for a backup plan", so I am curious as to how much advance notice you are giving these ladies. If you're trying to schedule an appointment right away, that may explain why you didn't receive a response from the first 2 ladies. It may be that they weren't able to contact your references right away, or the references didn't get back to them right away.
