I may be in that area for work and was thinking of taking a weekend trip to either Phuket or Singapore or both.
A friend of mine was in the Navy and was in Phuket but that was 15 years ago, anyone have a recent experience there.
Orchard Towers in Singapore sounds good from what has been written on this board. Any suggestions on hotels within walking distance?
Vietnam and Cambodia would also be an option but are a little farther and I like the idea of having many girls in one spot, I don't want to waste hours tring to find a girl.

I have been to both places. I like both places. But only a weekend??? If you have not experienced Thailand then go to Phuket or Pataya for the weekend. It is incredible and perfect for a newbie. You can not believe the hundreds of bars with girls in them. It is just fun going from bar to bar and checking out the girls. Hotels and food are really cheap. Don't eat at the tourist restaurants, because they are expensive and food is not always very good. Pick up a girl in one of bars and have them pick out a place to eat. Girls are cheap too. So if you pick up a girl, you can bang them, kick them out, and get another one to bang.
Singapore is great too, but it's a big city and not as exotic as Thailand. Orchard Towers is place I liked the best compared to some other red light areas. Girls are a little more expensive in than in Thailand. if you don't know you are doing, you can get ripped off really bad, especially with bar fines. One time I picked up a girl for an over nighter and then she left after I came twice, which was like three hours after she got to my room. I wanted to fuck all night, but She said she only allows her customer to come twice in one night. Once that was accomplished she left. Totally sucked. Then on another night i met this super beautiful girl that was one of the best GFE i have ever had and we fucked all night in all areas of the room.

Most were $50 good for one way flights from Hong Kong to Bangkok or Viet Nam, Cambodia, anywhere in N. Thailand. You must stop in Bangkok to go south or vice versa with stops in all popular places. You must buy 4 segments. They even fly to the Maldives for $90 or $160 O/W. Your itinerary must be planed here in advanced. I'm too spontaneous for that.
Singapore may have the same number of hookers in one spot, but they are so outrageously priced that many citizens of Singapore drive all the way to Malaysia for sex. Phuket Island is the winner and cheaper by far.
