In SR, I had a tour guide who took me to a club that was more for locals; unfortunately I don't remember the name. The mama-san came over to me with four women and said "pick one." If I recall, she was $60 for the night. In KL, there are two pick-up bars near the Shangri-La hotel. One is called the beach club and the second is right across the street from it. I walked into the beach club and was immediately picked up!
