The Bund area is full of high class bars where the pickings are good. Another place is an upscale mall called Xin Tiandi. My hotel was near there and I had good success at a bar there - I think its name was Luna.

I was there five months ago. Had some good experience in a massage place. There were more than 20 girls to pick.  

The problem is that you need to be careful with the location.  Don't go to small massage salon.  It's not safe.  Ask local people like taxi driver.    

 
About outcall, I had bad experience.  One girls was totally different from the pictures.  I gave her taxi fee immediately I let her in my hotel room.  The second looked ok. But only performed hand job. Need to pay much more to have full service.
