Why you need a agency when u can go to a massage for around 10$ and tip them another 10-20 for doing everything? if you like you you can ask them to come to your hotel after work. they are happy to serve you for 50$ since average incoming is 150-200$ a month..  
or go to a nice hotel in cambodia. They asked you if you want to have some ladies coming into your room later. thats normal! crazy world
