Depends on what you're looking for.  Bangkok, Pattaya, Manila and Angeles are all safe bets.  Personally, I've had more fun in Jakarta than anywhere else. but it's probably not the best bet for someone new to the region.

I have been to alot of different countries in SE asia.   I would have to say the Philippines is the best so far.  I am going there for 7th time in 18 months.  Girls speak better English.   If you just want to have lots of sex, go to Angeles.  Some of the bars are open 24/7.  Girls are very cheap and there is a higher percentage that give you GFE.

My two cents worth. Angeles City has always been a fun trip for me. Agree with previous post, girls are cheaper and generally more GFE. With bars open 24/7 you can get multiple girls per day. You wanted to get your fill, right? FWIW I like the Angeles Beach Club hotel. There are cheaper ones but this place is super nice and a relative bargain by US standards. Have fun.

PATTAYA is great.
I have been twice so far, and it is so easy to monger.  There are literall 1,000 beer bars filled with ladies, and about 60 or more stripclub gogos.

You just find a lady that you like out of the thousands of working girls, pay a $15-$20 "bar fine", and take the lady back to your hotel for some fun.  The lady will want usually 1,000baht ($33) up to 2,000 baht for a one pop short time, and will want more for "long time" $70-120" and depending on how attractive she is.  Gogo girls are more expensive than beer bar girls. There are also massage -most of them in pattaya - that will give you a happy ending or even sex.  and there are"soapy" massage parlorswhere the girl will  give you a nice soapy rub down with her body followed by sex.  very relaxing.

Most hotels EXPECT/ENCOURAGE you to bring ladies back and do not bat an eye.  They may even keep the girls ID incase she causes a problem or steals from you.  A few hotels charge a "joiner fee" to let you bring her back -extra money for them, and discourages mongering so they can attract families to their hotel.  Some of the more expensive hotels do not allow mongering.

It is 2 hours from the BKK Bangkok airport, there are bus services from the airport to get there.  or stay a few nights in bangkok first to see the sights and then take the bus from the Ekami bus statiion (easy to get to Ekami - it is right on the BTS Skytrain monorail) to Pattay for 113 baht - about $4.  so easy

Very safe.  Aattractive ladies.  I have not had a GFE  expereince yet, but lots of fun.

Oh, and there is a beach, but it isn't that nice.  You can take a water taxi from the walking street pier to Coral island for the afternoon for a nice beach.
