Greetings gents.

I happen to have one of these little boogers.  Makes one side of your sac bigger than the other.  Doc says it's harmless, but I'm thinking of having it surgically removed.

Anyone here ever had to deal with this?

I just anyone who notices, (none) that I was born with 3 testicles.

Seriously, unless it causes discomfort or gets too large, skip surgery.

I just lived with my hydrocele until it got bigger than a baseball.  Then it got pretty annoying.  Pretty good ice-breaker with a new provider, tho.  "Honey, doesn't that hurt?"  Surgery recuperation was barely worse than a vasectomy.  When you're tired of it, get it fixed.
