I just feel so much better about myself and the world after I've had great sex

After food and shelter, sex is a basic human need.  We all feel better when those are met, unless some sick members of society convince you there is something dirty or immoral about it.  To enjoy life to the fullest avoid the prigs and their minions!

Yes, cumming for both genders release chemicals in the both that make you feel good, but great sex is far more than masterbation.  We are social animals, and great sex is two people giving of them selves to make the other feel special.

Seems the older I get the more it becomes a NEED! lol

I feel as though it should only be natural that people would become more sexual as they age. Also, many countries in which the lifespan is very high, there is a high level of emotional health. I believe sex is essential to one's physical and emotional health.

May we conclude that we should all have more sex, to live longer?

I have clients who treat me so well!  I cannot wait to see them so we can get our groove on!  It makes me feel so much better about myself too!
