While I have never considered prostate massage a treatment for BPH...

I do suffer from that condition (more mild since I had surgery for it a few years ago), and my prostate and areas around it have always felt GREAT after a prostate massage from a couple of providers I know who do a bang-up job with it.  And that is the only way I've received a prostate massage.  I'm not keen on self-administering it, my wife would never do that for me--nor many other things, which leads to... my provider friends and their wonderful prostate massage skills.  As for finding a "vanilla" massage therapist who will do prostate massage, I suppose it's possible, but unlikely as in most places (in the Colonies at least) the therapist would lose his/her license for doing that, if caught.

My advice, sir, is to find a provider who offers that service and give it a go.  It's great fun, and I predict your prostate will thank you for it.

Hi,
The Internet is very confusing with regards to prostate massage helping BPH symptoms. Has anyone had any success with prostate massage relieving symptoms? If so, how often is it needed? Do you self administer, use a partner, use a vanilla massage therapist or work with one of our TER  lovelies?

Recently I saw a urologist, and all was OK.  A few days later I saw a favorite provider, and she asked, would you like me to have at your butt?  I said sure, and so she did.  Well it wasn't quite ecstatic but it was very erotic and afterwards I told her, "I went to the doc last week and he did the same thing, but yours was better."  She laughed.  But she declined to give a diagnosis.  One can't expect everything!

If done as a part of a fbsm, it can be delightful especially when done slowly and carefully.  Also great as a "teasing" part of play bringing you to the edge and then backing off.
