A few threads ago keystonekid posted about GoodRx.com which I had never heard of.  Well today I got a prescription filled at a local supermarket pharmacy using the GoodRX coupon.  I received 30 tabs of Sildenafil 20mg for a whopping $19. Five of these pills equal the same med as one 100mg Viagra. So for comparison,  this works out to only $3.17 per 100mg. This is the same pharmacy that wanted $1500 to fill my Viagra prescription for 30 100mg pills, which is $50 per 100mg!  At the GoodRX price I certainly don't mind getting my prescription refilled more often as needed.

Most of the time I end up paying less than if I use my insurance $15 copay because I'm not restricted to a month limit. I get 3 months worth and it cuts out the bullshit.

Just read your comment about GoodRx.  Are you able to get more than one filling of the Rx at a time? When I used it for the first time recently I thought it would be convenient to get a three month supply.  But the GoodRx coupon says it's $19 for 30 pills and they would not sell me more.  The bottle says 11 refills available!  So I could just go back again today for another I guess, How does it work for you?

When you are doing the search in the app, there is a + or - button for number of pills on the first screen of the medication. Push the number up to 90. I'm sure it depends on where you are. Mine is showing sildenafil 20mg 90 tablets for $37.96 at Target (CVS).

So you got 30 of the 20 mg tabs of Sildenafil, do you then take 2 or 3 for a total of the 50 mg? Is it as effective as the brand name viagra?

Yes, the pharmacy requires a prescription.  In this case they already had one from my Doc but he would have written me another if I needed it.  As for dosage, take whatever you normally take with Viagra.  That is, if you normally tale a 100 mg dose, take 5 of the sildenafil pills, etc.  I have had good results with as few as 2 (40mg). But I usually take 3 or 4.  The results are exactly the same as brand name Viagra.  Same active ingredient.
