... that someone is going to identify UTR providers to you?

I suppose it could happen... but I wouldn't bet on it.

I have a kind of off the topic question.....

I always kind of wondered what the benifits or the difference was in an UTR and in the ads type of provider is AND why are one or the other sought out?

So, for some reason, and not ever given it much thought, I always kind of equated the search for UTR to seeking a lady who see's less hobbyists, gives a lower rate, discount or a special deal/ off the clock plus time type of date, but am I wrong and being cynical? LOL!?  

Just wondering what you guy think but not spending too much brain power on this topic.......on this rainy day in Rhode Island :) !
