20 to 25 minutes for me. I've started waiting until closer to the appointment time before taking it. It seems the longer it's in my system the more difficulty I have achieving orgasm. Since I have begun waiting to take it I haven't had that issue. I haven't had an issue with being hard enough now that I take it regardless of the time factor.   I'm going to try cutting it in half on my next session and see how that works.
