Viagra now comes in individual packets.

I think they expect us to keep one in our wallets like we kept a condom when we were teenagers - just in case!  Comports with a common trend in American marketing: if you can't improve/change the product,  improve/change the packaging.

Not being an aficionado of the product...

A condom you unroll, put on and it works immediately...  

But this blue pill? Aren't you supposed to take it ahead of time (how much ahead)?

So why would you need it in the wallet?

The dosage instructions say to take it 1 hour before ...

...I've found it works just fine taking it as little as 15 minutes before when you consider additional time spent in foreplay.
