I've tried a number of these supplements without much success, and some of these ingredients can have significant side effects. Although it wasn't listed in the mix you mention, be especially cautious with yohimbe. It can play havoc with your heart beat etc.. My recommendation is to go to a site like WebMD and check out all these individual ingredients.
