Taking 50+ Multivitamin

Hello Team,

I'll be 71 this summer, and yes, I've had my share of performance problems, not that they stop me!

Basically, if I had a full orgasm with a favorite provider, I was "done" for at least 10 days. Really "out of action."

I saw a generic version of a very popular, well-known over 50 multivitamin on sale, and decided to try it.

I am having really good results and can orgasm much more frequently, say every other day now. My goal is to shoot twice in one two-hour session with a favorite round-rumped provider. Before vitamins, my discharge was very thin and watery. Now I'm back to a thicker, off-white fluid.

This is not a "shill" for any product, just sharing with the team. Of course your mileage may vary!

Love to get feedback if anyone tries this.

Sorry, I didn't because I thought I'd get censored.

I am taking a generic version of Centrum Silver available on Amazon.

Again, YMMV, but I'm feeling great!

Flintstones?

But really, a multi vitamin?

I think the best way to get vitamins in your system is through your diet.  I'm 73 and a couple years ago I started eating more fruits and vegetables and drinking more water.   I also eat more chicken and fish, although one day a week I do have pizza or a cheesesteak or some other no so good for you food.  For me I think it has done wonders for my performance.  I actually came twice in an hour in my last session.  This is the first time this has happened in at least 10 years.

Yabba dabba dooooo!

No, it's not Flintstones. The label reads "Adults 50+ Multivitamin." I am understanding of any scepticism.

It goes without saying, but I'll say it anyway: Your mileage may vary. My biochemistry is such that it works.

An escort told me she has an 80+ year old regular that gives her a real workout. Wonder what he's on. Wheaties?

I'm assuming your generic is close to the brand name version. Here are the Centrum Silver Men 50+ ingredients from http://www.gosupps.com/centrum-women-multivitamin-200-tablets-416577.html . (URL says Women; Photos say Men.) Anybody know which one (or ones) can account for ATTB's improved performance? (I don't see sildenafil or tadalafil on the list.)

Fred Flintstone first appeared in 1960. That makes him at least 64 yo.

Whatever works, right? Personally I'm not convinced when it comes to a multivitamin. Common sense dictates good nutrition and a sensible diet makes sense for a multitude of reasons. Bottom line is if you're eating properly than you probably don't need to be concerned with supplements. Personally, for years I never paid much attention to hydration, and these days I find it to be critical to all around good health and a key component in sexual performance.

Yup, I think I said your mileage may vary.

Yes, in a perfect world we would all sit down to three squares a day and enjoy perfect nutrition. The sorry thing is: Real life doesn't work that way! (At least for many of us.) Thus we take multivitamins.

The Guardian article? Well, I'll let you know when I see someone drop dead from taking daily multivitamins! I'm sure I could jump on the web and list all of the problems associated with vitamin deficiencies, too.

Yes, hydration is important across the board, not just for sexual functioning. Never hurts to point it out.

For me, multivitamins have a profound effect! I do not, for a second, claim others will experience the same result.

Whatever works? That's true!
