I take Tadalafil 5MG daily. I am 73 and prostate radiation survivor. The morning of a date, I take one Sildenafil  50MG one hour before sex. My dick rises, but I am not getting fully hard. Advice please?

Of course, you won't really know what works until you try it. I started having similar problems when I got to my almost-mid-60s.

Since you're taking 50mg of sildenafil, you could try upping the dosage to 75 or a full 100. (But check that that's not too much given you're on the daily dose of tadalafil.)

Over time, I had to upgrade to using Trimix injections. (See other posts in here for more info about that.) Not fun learning to inject myself but it does work.
