Every guy who plays would get $2000 in fantasy cash and can spend it on providers based on the providers published hourly rate. Then at the end of each week the scoring could be the number of reviews on TER times their highest rating for that week. Or, a total of their ratings scores, etc. Maybe TER would like to set something like this up.
I've had the thought for many years of printing my own provider trading cards.
