Though still single, a woman has a list of 85 requirements for any man who intends to become her boyfriend.

Appearing on ‘The Real’ show, a woman identified as Cathy gave the hosts for the day her list which included over three pages of handwritten requirements for her boyfriend.

The first requirement was he has to have a job but the requirements range into intimate affairs of the bedroom. When it comes to height, she wants a tall man, at least 5’7. Below are some of the other requirements.

He has to be good with finance and money
Educated beyond high school
Is not a momma’s boy
Lives on his own
His family and mine would get along
He has a sister that i love
He must be tall, dark and handsome
I want a man who will lead our family not just a participant
A social drinker

However-at the same time-why would you want to hook up with a woman who did not embrace those "Values" listed?  And in reality-many older women really don't need the association with a man unless they have no money, etc......

Guys are much simpler and know what they want in a woman without some stupid long list. As long as she has silky hair, bedroom eyes, puffy bee-stung lips, smooth skin, perfect perky tits, a flat stomach, curvy hips, loooong legs, and ass you could bounce a quarter off, a sultry voice, smells like heaven, is a fantastic cook who doesn't mind cleaning up afterwards, wears the stupid, uncomfortable, and impractical lingerie that we buy her and is ready for sex at a moment's notice 24/7/52 (but never demands it when we are not in the mood), is a perfect hostess and arm candy, and NEVER stands in front of the TV saying "what are you thinking?".

Yup, no lists for me.
