I had the boston scientific installed a year ago.  After prostate surgery nothing else worked well.  One of he best decisions of my life.  Always ready, hard as long as I want, and Os are back to normal.  Highly reccomend for anyone who has issues after prostate surgery

The dick stays hard lol idk if that's bad, but I had a great time with a friend who had the penis implant.  I recall multiple O's, and when the time was up the penis goes down.  I know it satisfied him to see me get off.  Go for it!
