Why wouldn't they? More time = more money. And what could be better than being paid to eat dinner? I like taking a girl to dinner and will happily pay for her meal. Just not for her time. And if often works out that way.
But I don't pay to watch anybody eat or sleep. Though I know lots of guys do. They are ones who love the fantasy that she's your girlfriend. I don't labor under that illusion.

Usually though I go with 3-4 hour dinner dates as resources are limited.

I do see a limited number of gals who will stay overnight with me at my house for the same price as a dinner/date.

and have tried a few longer visits that includes lunch or dinner.  

I have a learned that is difficult to enjoy a meal as I want to get under the table and dine on my date.

I am willing to pay for NSA SEX, anything that happens beyond that hour or so we spend having actual sex is because of a genuine "like" for each other. Paying someone hundreds of dollars an hour to eat and drink with me seems kind of foolish.  

 
Yes, I will do dinner and overnight dates, mainly with sugar babies and not with hookers, because the rate I am willing to pay for an overnight date is only about twice as much as I am willing to pay for an hour, and most hookers, yourself included I am sure, would never agree to an overnight date for only double your rate for an hour unless you really liked the guy and those are the only kind of extended dates I am interested in.
