I'm 73. I prefer women over 40. Kind of a rule I have about not seeing anyone younger than my children.

You mention the legality of the sex trade making all the difference but I would argue that is only part of the equation. I worked in Montreal for a number of years and what I saw was the agencies controlling the market. Agencies have never been protected under previous or current laws and those actually running the girls are taking a risk. They recruited large numbers of young girls. The “best” agencies took the youngest and hottest girls, most barely legal with the occasional underage with a fake id, and then for those who were older or less attractive they would go to a less popular agency…
Pricing was set by the agency who took a decent chunk for themselves. The market was saturated to a point where it was difficult to make it as an independent, competing with the low rates and convenience shopping of the agencies.
Thankfully for girls like me, there are gents who prefer the mature women, lower volume, personalized service.
