My favorite philosophy about aging is this: Growing old is inevitable.  Growing up is optional.

"If at first you don't succeed, F*ck it!" OK maybe not really but at my age it would be a time saver.

You only live once but if you do it right once is enough

Wisdom is more valuable than youth however.

Our minds hold the keys to success.  The more we take advantage of that, and the more we obtain skills in living, the better we become.

As an example:  Up to about age 40 I never exercised or paid much attention to what I ate. I decided to wise up and now at age 62 my health has never been better, and I enjoy life more now.

I've also learned how to integrate love and sex, and therefore enjoy that also more than ever.
