You can get pumps for under $40 at Amazon.  Why spend more?  Drawing a vacuum is pretty simple.   I assume you are using this in conjunction with cock rings.  

Yes, it is the only one that is advertised as one-handed. The bottom seal is also the cock ring. Saw a video saying guys sometimes give up on the pump because difficult to get cock ring on with pump still on.

I have used an erect aid pump for years.  Works about 80 percent of time.  When there is a failure it usually occurs when I am tired from traveling during evening appointments.  

I would not risk buying an inexpensive pump.  Either they don’t work well or could damage your penis.  

Several insurance companies cover part of the expense if a prescription is written.  

When I mean risk, one has to be careful not to tear or bruise your urethra while pumping.    

If used properly, your cock and in particular the glam becomes harder than a normal erection .   Penis head can become discolored   and purple.  It’s normal.
