I thought I'd share this with my fellow geezers.  As reported in the New York Daily News a couple of years ago (before I discovered this board), a police sting in Nassau County, NY resulted in the arrest of twenty-odd Johns for soliciting.  The oldest John was 79 years old.  When asked by reporters to comment on her husband's arrest his wife responded, "Don't be ridiculous.  He's 79 years old."  It's a shame that the poor guy had to have the stress and expense of an arrest at that age.
