What are your thoughts on a perfect dose of Cialis before a date ?  Currently I take 5 milligrams the day before and 5 more milligrams the day of the meeting .  Taking 10 milligrams the day of seems to diminish my sexual desire.  Has anyone tried mixing Cialis with Viagra ?  I have by taking one or two the day of with Cialis but have not noticed a difference.  Talking to other posters over the years  it seems like Viagra is best taken in higher numbers , like 4 and up.

... what works best for you.  For some (lucky fuckers!) the perfect dose is 0mg.  For others it's higher.

I have been taking tadalafil (generic for Cialis) 10mg the day before and another 10mg 3 hours before appointment time, and that seems to work OK for me.  I may experiment with timing to see if there's a better result.

Yes, sildenafil (Viagra) usual doses are higher.  Do not judge one by the other!  And use milligrams (mg), not "numbers", since pills come in a range of dosage.  For example, 4 pills of Revatio (sildenafil 5mg) is 1/5 of a single Viagra 100mg pill.  Do keep your arithmetic straight.

My Revatio is in 20mg pills. 5 pills equals 100 mg.( ie full dose of sildenafil.)

My latest Rx for generic Viagra is 100 mg. Bottle says 1x daily….no way. I take one, one hour before sex. I can get by on 50mg.

I don’t know why Rx says one per day, a waste….

and could get by on a 25 mg dose, but within a year that became 50mg, and about 2 years after that I went to the whole 100mg.   Now I'm up to 200 mg.   If that won't do the trick, damn, I'll just swallow the whole bottle.
