Has anyone used extra strength Tylenol or a similar product together with Viagra to ward off the headache that can occur  later on? If so, has it inhibited performance?

...For some reason in my case that's when the headache starts. Maybe the fun during the session makes it go unnoticed. I don't take the Viagra until a few (5 or so) minutes before the session. I don't use Tylenol because it never has worked for me for any kind of pain.

I've never taken Tylenol in this situation. To ease the prospect of headache, I've simply skipped consuming 20 to 25 ml of wine at dinner before the event! Maybe cutting back to just 10 ml – a glass and a half.

I take Aleve-but only after the session has ended.  I would also question the consumption of any sort of alcohol before the session-my concern would be that it would interact negatively with the drug.

I always delay my blood P. meds a few hours after apt..     My meds also ruin the effect of V..   I think V acts on your Blood P.

...Viagra so I don't drink any prior to a session. I also don't eat fatty foods because fat slows down the time it takes for Viagra to take effect. Afterwards however I will have a drink or two and eat whatever I want.

I get a slight headache but usually not severe enough to detract from the fun.  At worst I would take some aspirin.  I stopped taking Advil because it impacted my hearing!  Although it was actually a good anti-headache cure.   I am afraid of tylenol after reading years ago about people's insides decaying.

Did some self experiments for most over the counter and the best one works for me is a pack of Alka-Seltzer Plus takes it with a glass of water simultaneously with V or Levitra works great for me. Relieves my blushing, stuffy nose and headache, great sessions all the time....

Because it's a vasodilator it gives my sinus headaches. I find that Sudafed (the new formulation) helps also.

I too never get a head ache  while using "V" & I use the 100mg....just do not want to be left in the lurch.....
I have had the blue tint once, but never again, never a headache, but I do get a stuffy nose sometimes(not always).
I guess it chemistry...we are all different.....Thank God!
